    NOTE: At the 1988 U.S. Olympic Trials in Indianapolis, Connie Hester finished 11th in the 5000m exhibition race. The women’s 5000m replaced the 3000m as an official event at the 1996 U.S. Olympic Trials and Olympic Games. At the 1996 U.S. Olympic Trials in Atlanta, four Aggie women competed in the 3000m steeplechase exhibition race: Rae Henderson (3rd), Monica Townsend (7th), Teresa Diperna (11th) and Staci Brunton (13th). The women's 3000m steeple became an official event with the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials and Olympic Games

  • Aggie women win team title at 2019 USATF National Club Cross Country Championships in Bethlehem, PA.

  • Ivan Huff's record of 8:16.59 in the 3000m steeplechase at the 1986 Van Damme meet was the 3rd fastest U.S. man ever at the time.

    Ivan Huff's 43:09 15K at the 1985 Gasparilla Distance Classic, tied for 4th U.S. all-time at the time.

    4 x 800m Relay: Masters Women’s World Record at the 2019 U.S. Masters Outdoors Championships in Ames, IA, 10:14.64 (Christine Olen, Aeron Arlin-Genet, Terry Livingston Ballou & Lisa Valle)

    3 x 800m Relay: National Record at the Mt. SAC Relays in 1985 (Mark Schilling, Dale Giem & Vernon Sallaz)

    4 x 1600m Relay: Mt. SAC Relays record in 1986 (Joe Fabris, Leonard Sperando, Pete Sweeney & Larry Guinee)

    On January 23, 2021, at the HOKA Project Carbon X 2 in Chandler, AZ, Rajpaul Pannu debuted at 100K, clocking an impressive 6:28:31 to finish runner-up and #3 American all-time. Rajpaul averaged 6:15 per mile for 62 miles.

    On January 8, 2022, Sergio Reyes won the USA Masters Cross Country title by nearly one minute, cruising 26:37 over the 8K course in San Diego.

    On February 27, 2022, Rajpaul Pannu placed national runner-up at the USA 50K Road Championships in East Islip, NY, crossing the finish line in 3:04:59 (5:57 per mile for 31 miles).

    Jamey Harris, 3:59.19, May 27, 1997 at Stanford, CA = U.S. #217

  • On May 27, 1997, at Stanford, Jamey Harris recorded not only his first sub-4 minute mile, clocking 3:59.19 but also the first known & only shirtless sub-4!

    NOTE: With a ballpoint pen, Jamey wrote "Reebok Aggies" on his chest to make sure he was an official participant.
