Those Ags looking for a group to join for a workout in the Bay we are tentatively schedule Weds. at Foothill Track. Plan so Far is to meet at the Runner's High store in Los Altos (249 first st.) at 7pm on weds. and jog up to foothill. Or you could park at Foothill and meet us there. Just be prepared to pay a parking fee. The track is new and the lighting is good. If you’re interested be there or call my cell 408-375-7901.

We are planing to meet again this Weds. at 7pm for another workout. Thanks to Jeff and Darren for showing. Nice to have a group going to the track. We are Also Planing a MONDAY workout starting after 6pm.
